Prohibited activities and uses

You may not use the Services to publish content or engage in activity that is illegal under applicable law, that is harmful to others, or that would subject us to liability, including, without limitation, in connection with any of the following, each of which is prohibited under this Policy:

  • Distributing pornography or adult related content.
  • Promoting or facilitating prostitution or any escort services.
  • Hosting, distributing or linking to child pornography or content that is harmful to minors.
  • Promoting or facilitating gambling, violence, terrorist activities or selling weapons or ammunition.
  • Engaging in the unlawful distribution of controlled substances, drug contraband or prescription medications.
  • Providing any false personal information in your profile, create more than one account, transfer your profile, create an account for anyone other than yourself or create jobs without authorisation;
  • Facilitating pyramid schemes or other models intended to seek payments from public actors.
  • Threatening harm to persons or property or otherwise harassing behavior.
  • Managing payment aggregators or facilitators such as processing payments on behalf of other businesses or charities.
  • Infringing the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others.
  • Facilitating, aiding, or encouraging any of the above activities through our Services.

General Account Behavior Terms:

  • You must not Create more than one account.
  • You must not Use a cheat process or program to make quick money or to bypass filters and/or to exploit a vulnerability.
  • You must not SPAM using your referral link or any related links or components to this website in other communities, social websites, instant chats, blog comments or any content creation platform.
  • You must not use bots or softwares to increase your earnings in any way.
  • You must not use this website with a VPN or Proxy or Any related software/hardware able to change your current country or physical location.
  • You must not Request a payment without reaching your account minimum threshold.
  • You must not provide inaccurate data about you.
  • You must not Share your referral link or any related links or components of our website in Adult Content Websites.
  • You must not Encourage people to click on our links and/or join the website using a Paid or Incentive method. (Including but not limited to: cash, rewards, points, virtual currencies, cryptocurrencies)
  • You must not pay anyone or any service (directly or via a website or software) to join our website or to make referrals or to use your referral link in a paid promotion.
  • You must not access multiple money making options at the same time. This include but not limited to: Multiple surveys and/or quizzes at the same time, doing various tasks in the same time.
  • You must not create an account or multiple accounts on behalf of someone else.
  • You must not access any account other than your own.
  • You must not refer people using the same internet network as yours.
  • You must not create or use a new account after your main account is suspended.
  • You must not use auto traffic software/websites/ads to generate clicks to your referral link. This includes but not limited to: Auto Hits, Auto Surf, Traffic Exchange, PPC, CPC, PTC, Traffic Bots.
  • You must not access any earning method unavailable for your account or require a specific requirements your account doesn't meet. Including but not limited to GEO-Targeted Surveys and Tasks, Referral Locked Surveys.

Jumaworkers does not pre-screen, review, edit or approve any pages, websites or information outside of jumaworkers.com domain. Jumaworkers may, in its sole discretion, remove or disable access to any page, website or link posted by its users. Jumaworkers may block the user account at any time and disable access to it and all information (jobs, submitted tasks,...) posted by this account.

"Content" means any jobs, job information (requirements, description, title,...) and anything else that you Post on or through the Jumaworkers Service. "Post" means to upload, post, transmit, share, store, link to or otherwise make available on or through the Jumaworkers Service.

Service resources

You may not consume excessive amounts of the Services or use the Services in any way which results in performance issues or which interrupts the services for other Users. Prohibited activities that contribute to excessive use, include without limitation:

Deliberate attempts to overload the Services and broadcast attacks (i.e. denial of service attacks).

Engaging in any other activities that degrade the usability and performance of our Services.

No spam policy

You may not use our Services to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for use of our Services in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any bulk e-mail, including unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail, or the sending, assisting, or commissioning the transmission of commercial e-mail that does not comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 ("SPAM").

Your products or services advertised via SPAM (i.e. Spamvertised) may not be used in conjunction with our Services. This provision includes, but is not limited to, SPAM sent via fax, phone, postal mail, email, instant messaging, or newsgroups.

Copyrighted content

Copyrighted material must not be published via our Services without the explicit permission of the copyright owner or a person explicitly authorized to give such permission by the copyright owner. Upon receipt of a claim for copyright infringement, or a notice of such violation, we will immediately run full investigation and, upon confirmation, will promptly remove the infringing material from the Services. We may terminate the Service of Users with repeated copyright infringements. Further procedures may be carried out if necessary. We will assume no liability to any User of the Services for the removal of any such material.

If you believe your copyright is being infringed by a person or persons using our Services, please send a report of the copyright infringement to the contact details listed at the end of this Policy.

Payments and Refunds

  • You agree and understand that your payment request amount is not final until we verify and validate it.
  • You agree and understand that your payment request may get paid, rejected or hold after verification process while in Pending status.
  • You agree and understand that in case of included invalid earnings in your payment request amount, your request may be rejected or debited for the invalid earnings.
  • You agree and understand that we can only pay using the available payment methods in your account.
  • You agree and understand that the account balance and pending request amount may be canceled/rejected and eliminated (without a payment) for the suspended accounts.
  • You agree and understand that your payment request is rejected automatically upon account suspend and can't be paid.
  • You agree and understand that after paying a payment request, we are not responsible of any issues in the user payment gateway and we cannot do anything about it. This include but not limited to: Payments being hold, Payments being rejected or moved to an inaccessible balance, failing to transfer the funds, account limitations.
  • You agree and understand that your provided payment details is fully accurate and you are the sole owner of the payment gateway account.
  • You agree and understand that the payment details can be provided/added to one account only.
  • You agree and understand that In case of providing an invalid payment details or inactive payment method, we will deduct (7%) of your request amount per each new attempt to deliver your payment. This includes but not limited to: Providing unverified and/or limited PayPal account, Providing nonexistent or false payment details, requesting to resend your payment again, wrong refund from your side.
  • You agree and understand all credit payments to Workers and Jumaworkers service fees are non-refundable.
  • You agree and understand Only unused credit in your account are refundable with the applicable withdrawal fee.
  • You agree and understand you may request a refund of the unspent principal amount of your transaction within fourteen (14) days of the date that we receive all necessary information and payment for funds and services.

Account Suspension/Deletion/Inactivity Terms:

In case of your account being suspended you cannot create and/or use another account, and any other account created/owned/accessed will automatically get suspended for owning a previously suspended account. Account suspension extends to include the physical person, and the owner of the account is considered to be restricted from using the website and its services. Your account can be suspended permanently or temporarily for the following reasons:

  • Violating any of the terms present in the current terms and conditions.
  • Owning/Creating/Accessing multiple accounts and/or managing accounts on behalf of someone else (Only one account per person per device). This include but not limited to: Creating new accounts to increase your referrals, mixed usage of the same device between different family members, creating accounts for friends or family members, checking someone else account in your device.
  • Creating invalid referrals using softwares, websites, services or simply by your own.
  • Generating invalid clicks to your referral link using softwares, websites, bots, paid traffic, PPC, Ads, Traffic exchange.
  • Using Cheat/Fraud/Browser editing while submitting tasks and surveys. This include but not limited to: Questions/Captcha bypassing, Instant completions, Unauthorized access, false answers.
  • You requested to suspend/close/delete your account.
  • Using/Exploiting/Benefiting from an exploit/error or broken function/option on the website for your own benefit.
  • Long period of inactivity. This process may set your balances and account data to a reserved state.
  • Using inappropriate words while using any available communication channel. This include but not limited to: Insults, Offensive or Abusive words, racism.
  • Using VPN/Proxy or any similar service to change your real IP address to access this website.
  • Owning a previously suspended/closed account.

Unacceptable jobs

WE DO NOT APPROVE JOBS ASKING WORKERS TO:

  • Complete too many tasks in a single job
  • Click ads/pop ups, unlock a page, refresh page X times, reload, Play games (or similar) in order to finish the required task
  • Spam or harm another website or person
  • Promote Violent/Violence-related content or programs
  • Promote illegal activities
  • Involve websites dedicated to pornography
  • Exchange money between payment systems
  • Disclose personal information (unless you select Leads)
  • Use a credit card or Provide Bank Account Details, or use any form of payment
  • Sign-up for sites that require Membership or Activation Fees
  • Sign-up for a free 14-day trial or similar offers that might risk involuntary payment after free offer expires
  • Create fake reviews or testimonials of products or services. Any paid review or testimonial must clearly state they are compensated and the statement is still true and accurate based on a real experience.
  • Transfer of Funds

Jumaworkers Agreement Policy

By creating Jumaworkers account OR by login to your account, you agree to Terms and Conditions (this document) and you also agree to everything displayed on this website. You agree that Tasks not rated by Employers will auto-close in 7 days as Satisfied. If you do not agree with Anything displayed on this website, please do not use Jumaworkers. You agree to comply with all applicable federal and state laws in connection with your use of the Site and Site-related services.

IP Complaints

We respect the IP rights of others and we prohibit users from Posting Content that violates another party's IP rights. When we receive a proper claim of IP infringement, we promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing Content. We also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. If you believe that Content on the Jumaworkers Service infringes your IP rights, please report that to us immediately. You can report all IP claims, including any copyright claims, which will be handled in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you are a user whose Content was removed due to alleged copyright infringement, and you believe the removal was mistaken, please contact us.

References to "Jumaworkers", "Jumaworkers.com" and "this site" refer to the jumaworkers.com website and all related websites, it's owners and any related companies. By using the information, services and products available through this site and downloading any software, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions contained herein. This site provides the information, services and products available "AS IS", with no warranties whatsoever. All express warranties and all implied warranties and non-infringement of proprietary rights are hereby disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Eligibility

You may not use the Jumaworkers Service if you are under 18 years old.

Taxes

You are responsible for paying any taxes, including any goods and services or value added taxes, which may be applicable depending on the jurisdiction of the services provided by Jumaworkers.com. These taxes will be added to fees billed to you, if applicable.

User Disputes; Complaints

You agree not to hold Jumaworkers responsible or liable for the User Content or actions of third parties (including your interactions with users) on or relating to the Jumaworkers Service. This includes transactions conducted on the Jumaworkers Service as well as the collection, handling and sharing of personal or other information that you provide to third parties. If you have a dispute with a third party relating to the Jumaworkers Service, you release Jumaworkers and its directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, the "Jumaworkers Entities") from any claims, causes of action and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such dispute. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Jumaworkers Entities harmless from and against any claim or cause of action brought by a third party as well as any related damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) ("Claim") arising out of or related to your (a) use of the Jumaworkers Service or any of the applications, features, content or materials related thereto; (b) violation of these Terms; (c) violation of the rights of any other person or entity; or (d) breach of the representations, warranties and covenants made by you herein. Jumaworkers reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify Jumaworkers , and you agree to cooperate with Jumaworkers' defense of these Claims.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, WILL JUMAWORKERS ENTITIES OR THEIR LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, THAT RESULT FROM YOUR USE OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE JUMAWORKERS SERVICE, THE JUMAWORKERS WEBSITES OR ANY APPLICATIONS, FEATURES, CONTENT OR THIRD PARTY MATERIALS MADE AVAILABLE ON, IN CONJUNCTION WITH OR THROUGH THE JUMAWORKERS SERVICE, EVEN IF JUMAWORKERS OR A JUMAWORKERS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT WILL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU OF JUMAWORKERS ENTITIES OR OF THEIR LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE JUMAWORKERS SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS OF THE JUMAWORKERS SERVICE (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO JUMAWORKERS DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DAY THE ACT OR OMISSION OCCURRED THAT GAVE RISE TO YOUR CLAIM OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Governing law, Arbitration of disputes and Waiver of class claims

Except as set forth in the paragraph below, you agree that all claims and disputes between you and Jumaworkers that arise out of or relate in any way to the Terms or your use of the Jumaworkers Service will be resolved either by (a) binding arbitration by a single arbitrator in Texas or (b) binding non-appearance based arbitration conducted by telephone, online or based solely on written submission. Such arbitration will be administered by Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services ("JAMS") (see www.jamsadr.com) pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's award will be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

With respect to any claims or disputes you intend to bring on behalf of a class, you agree to arbitrate whether a class could be certified before bringing such action in a court of law. If the arbitrator refuses to certify the class, you will continue to resolve your individual claims or disputes through binding arbitration. If the arbitrator finds that a class should be certified, you may file the class action in a court of law provided you waive any right to a trial by jury. Claims for injunctive or other equitable relief may also be brought in a court of law.

You agree that all claims and disputes between you and Jumaworkers that arise out of or relate in any way to the Terms or your use of the Jumaworkers Service will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas (and United States federal laws applicable therein), without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You further agree that you will bring any claims or disputes that are not subject to arbitration (as set forth above) in, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, the state and federal courts located in Texas, USA.

Amendment

We may amend this Agreement at any time by delivering written notice of such amendment to the email address you have provided to us in connection with your registration in the Program, or by posting any such amendment on our website. You will be given at least twenty-one (21) days’ notice prior to the effective date of any amendment that results in an increase in your liability, a reduction in services offered by the Bank, or stricter limitations on Transactions or withdrawal rights.

Other

The "Jumaworkers Service" means the features, services and properties that Jumaworkers makes available through (a) www.jumaworkers.com or any other jumaworkers-branded or co-branded website (including, without limitation, any and all sub-domains and all international, mobile versions and successors thereof), (b) the Jumaworkers Platform and (c) other media, devices or networks now existing or later developed. Unless otherwise specified, the terms "includes," "including," "e.g.," "for example," and other similar terms used herein are deemed to include the term "without limitation" immediately thereafter. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance. If, for any reason, any provision of these Terms or portion thereof is rendered invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect and will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties. An arbitrator or court will substitute or rewrite any invalid or unenforceable term or provision to make such term or provision valid and enforceable. All communications and notices to be made or given pursuant to these Terms will be in the English language. You consent to receiving communications and notices from Jumaworkers at the email address you provide in registering for the Jumaworkers Service or otherwise elect in your account settings. These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede any prior agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Jumaworkers Service.
